Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 652:16-d
- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
“Accessible voting system” shall mean the system chosen by the state to meet the accessibility for individuals with disabilities requirements of section 301 of the Help America Vote Act of 2002, 42 U.S.C. § 15481, that has the capacity to print a paper ballot marked with the votes chosen by the voter.
