Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 656:25
- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
The state primary election ballots of all parties shall be printed upon colored paper, but no ballots of any political party shall be printed upon paper of the same or a closely similar color as the ballots of another political party. On the back of each ballot shall be printed in prominent type the name of the party.
