It shall be the responsibility of the moderator to report any violation occurring under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 659:34 through N.H. Rev. Stat. § 659:44 to the attorney general. All fines imposed under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 659:35 through N.H. Rev. Stat. § 659:44 shall be paid to the county in which the offense was committed. All penalties assessed under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 659:34 shall be paid to the secretary of state for deposit into the general fund.
