Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 669:29

The procedure for absentee voting in town elections shall be the same as in state elections as provided in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 657:2, 657:6, 657:7, 657:8, 657:12, and 657:14 through 657:24. With respect to the provisions of N.H. Rev. Stat. § 657:19, absentee ballots shall not be required to be sent to absent uniformed services voters or absent voters temporarily residing outside the United States at least 45 days prior to town elections, but shall be sent by the clerk as long before election day as is practical.
