- legislative body: shall mean a town meeting, school district meeting, village district meeting, city or town council, mayor and council, mayor and board of aldermen, or, when used to refer to unincorporated towns or unorganized places, or both, the county convention. The enforcement of the provisions of this subdivision shall be made through the zoning ordinance of the municipality. Any local legislative body which has established a historic district commission under N.H. Rev. Stat. Chapter 673 shall include provisions for the enforcement of the commission’s administrative decisions in the zoning ordinance of the municipality.
