I. The following shall be adopted under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 675:6:
(a) Every master plan or amendment to a master plan proposed under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 674:1;

Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 675:1

  • Amendment: A proposal to alter the text of a pending bill or other measure by striking out some of it, by inserting new language, or both. Before an amendment becomes part of the measure, thelegislature must agree to it.
  • following: when used by way of reference to any section of these laws, shall mean the section next preceding or following that in which such reference is made, unless some other is expressly designated. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:13

(b) Subdivision regulations proposed under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 674:35;
(c) Site plan review regulations proposed under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 674:44; and
(d) Historic district regulations proposed under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 674:46-a.
II. Zoning ordinances proposed under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 674:16, historic district ordinances proposed under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 674:46 and building codes proposed under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 674:51 shall be adopted in accordance with the procedures required under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 675:2-5.
III. If an official map is established, it shall be established according to the procedures required under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 674:10.
