Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 72:40-a
- person: may extend and be applied to bodies corporate and politic as well as to individuals. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:9
- real estate: shall include lands, tenements, and hereditaments, and all rights thereto and interests therein. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:21
In addition to other conditions hereunder, no exemption shall be allowed under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 72:39-b if the resident applying therefor has, within the preceding 5 years, received transfer of the real estate from a person under the age of 65 related to him by blood or marriage.
