Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 72:41-a
- person: may extend and be applied to bodies corporate and politic as well as to individuals. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:9
- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
Any person who has qualified for the exemption under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 72:39-b, who has met the conditions for an exemption under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 72:39-a, and who has filed a permanent application for the exemption under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 72:42, shall not be required to meet the residency requirement under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 72:39-a a second time if it becomes necessary for the person to leave New Hampshire and establish residency in another state for any length of time due to health reasons, and who then reestablishes his residency in New Hampshire.
