Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 77:14-c
- Partnership: A voluntary contract between two or more persons to pool some or all of their assets into a business, with the agreement that there will be a proportional sharing of profits and losses.
- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
An inhabitant of this state who is a member of a partnership or limited liability company having no usual place of business in this state, who receives income from such partnership or limited liability company derived from such a source that it would be taxable if received directly from such source by such partner or member, shall as to such income be subject to the taxes imposed by this chapter.
