- Jurisdiction: (1) The legal authority of a court to hear and decide a case. Concurrent jurisdiction exists when two courts have simultaneous responsibility for the same case. (2) The geographic area over which the court has authority to decide cases.

No person shall impersonate or attempt to impersonate a foreign taxing jurisdiction, foreign taxing authority, or any other government agency for any reason and, any person who does shall be deemed to have committed an unfair or deceptive act or practice within the meaning of N.H. Rev. Stat. § 358-A:2. Any right, remedy, or power set forth in RSA 358-A, including those set forth in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 358-A:4, may be used to enforce the provisions of this section. The exemptions provided for in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 358-A:3, I shall not apply to this paragraph.
