The attorney general shall adopt such rules under N.H. Rev. Stat. Chapter 541-A as may be reasonable or necessary to secure records and other information for the operation of the register and for the supervision, investigation, and enforcement of charitable trusts, charitable solicitations, and charitable sales promotions.
