Health care charitable trusts may satisfy the requirements of N.H. Rev. Stat. § 7:32-e, N.H. Rev. Stat. § 7:32-f, and N.H. Rev. Stat. § 7:32-g, individually or in a combination with other health care charitable trusts, provided that information required to be reported under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 7:32-e, V(a) and (b) shall be specifically reported for each health care charitable trust participating in a combined plan or report.
