As used in this subdivision:
I. “Address” means a residential street address, school address, or work address of an individual, as specified on the individual’s application to be a program participant under this subdivision.
II. “Program participant” means a person certified as a program participant under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 7:43.
III. “Domestic violence” means an act as defined in N.H. Rev. Stat. Chapter 173-B and includes a threat of such acts committed against an individual in a domestic situation, regardless of whether these acts or threats have been reported to law enforcement officers.
IV. “Sexual assault” means an act as defined in RSA 632-A.
V. “Stalking” means an act as defined in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 633:3-a.
