Every collector, in the collection of taxes committed to him and in the service of his warrant, shall have the powers vested in constables in the service of civil process, which shall continue until all the taxes in his list are collected. Any assessments report issued by the commissioner pursuant to N.H. Rev. Stat. § 21-J:11-a shall not affect the authority of the tax collector to issue tax bills and to exercise all powers contained in this chapter for the collection of taxes.
