Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 80:6
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
The collector shall give the same notice, in writing, of all taxes assessed against any corporation, to the cashier, treasurer or some principal officer of the corporation.
