Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 87:19
- Executor: A male person named in a will to carry out the decedent
- Fiduciary: A trustee, executor, or administrator.

If an executor, administrator, trustee, fiduciary, or custodian neglects or refuses to comply with any of the requirements of N.H. Rev. Stat. § 87:17 or N.H. Rev. Stat. § 87:18, such person shall be liable to a penalty of not more than $1,000, to be recovered by the department of revenue administration for the use of the state, and, upon petition by the department, notice and hearing, the probate court may remove such person, and appoint another person administrator with the will annexed, or administrator, as the case may be.
