- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
- Property: includes both personal and real property. See Tennessee Code 1-3-105
This part shall be known and may be cited as the “Uniform Absence as Evidence of Death and Absentees’ Property Law.”
