Tennessee Code 39-13-1003 – Aggravated burglary

(a) Aggravated burglary is burglary, as described in § 39-13-1002, of a habitation.

Under the Tennessee Code, punishments for crimes depend on the classification. In the case of this section:

Class	Prison	Fine
class C felony	3 to 15 years	up to $10,000
