Terms Used In Tennessee Code 43-8-112
- Agriculture: means :
(i) The land, buildings and machinery used in the commercial production of farm products and nursery stock. See Tennessee Code 1-3-105 - Commissioner: means the commissioner of agriculture. See Tennessee Code 43-8-102
All authority vested in the commissioner by virtue of this part and part 2 of this chapter may with like force and effect be executed by such employees of the department of agriculture as the commissioner may from time to time designate for such purpose.
