Terms Used In Tennessee Code 44-10-208

  • Livestock: means cattle, calves, horses, mules, poultry, swine, sheep, goats, and alternative livestock. See Tennessee Code 44-10-202

To operate as a livestock dealer without a valid license, or otherwise violate this part, is a Class A misdemeanor.
