The following provisions of chapter 2 of this title are applicable to credit unions:

(1) Section bank for payable-on-death accounts – Living trusts” class=”unlinked-ref” datatype=”S” sessionyear=”2021″ statecd=”TN” title=”45″>45-2-704 relating to contracts for “payable-on-death” share accounts and share deposits in trust;

Terms Used In Tennessee Code 45-4-406

  • Affidavit: A written statement of facts confirmed by the oath of the party making it, before a notary or officer having authority to administer oaths.
  • Bank: means any person, as hereinafter defined, doing a banking business subject to the laws of this or any other jurisdiction and, for the purposes of supervision, examination and liquidation, includes industrial investment companies and industrial banks authorized by chapter 5 of this title. (2) Section 45-2-707 relating to powers of attorney; and
