Terms Used In Tennessee Code 47-18-1308
- Commissioner: means the Tennessee commissioner of agriculture or a departmental employee designated by the commissioner to act as the commissioner's representative for purposes of this part. See Tennessee Code 47-18-1303
- Department: means the Tennessee department of agriculture. See Tennessee Code 47-18-1303
- Kerosene: means a refined oil intended for heating or illuminating use, the classification of which shall be defined by the American Society for Testing and Materials. See Tennessee Code 47-18-1303
