Terms Used In Tennessee Code 47-18-1808

  • Discovery: Lawyers' examination, before trial, of facts and documents in possession of the opponents to help the lawyers prepare for trial.
  • Year: means a calendar year, unless otherwise expressed. See Tennessee Code 1-3-105

Any action commenced pursuant to this part shall be brought within one (1) year from discovery of the alleged sale of an improperly marked article.
