Terms Used In Tennessee Code 47-18-2704
- Person: means a natural person, consumer, individual, governmental agency, partnership, corporation, trust, estate, incorporated or unincorporated association, and any other legal or commercial entity however organized. See Tennessee Code 47-18-2102
Any person subject to liability under this part shall be required to issue cards complying with the provisions of this section on July 1, 2001, or upon the issuance of a renewed card before July 1, 2002, whichever is later.
