Terms Used In Tennessee Code 50-6-608
- Board: means the board of directors of the competitive state compensation insurance fund. See Tennessee Code 50-6-602
- Fund: means the competitive state compensation insurance fund. See Tennessee Code 50-6-602
- Obligation: An order placed, contract awarded, service received, or similar transaction during a given period that will require payments during the same or a future period.
The members of the board and officers or employees of the fund shall not be liable personally, either jointly or severally, for any debt or obligation created or incurred by the fund.
