Terms Used In Tennessee Code 50-6-617

  • Fund: means the competitive state compensation insurance fund. See Tennessee Code 50-6-602
  • State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the several territories of the United States. See Tennessee Code 1-3-105

The fund shall not be considered a state agency for any purpose.
