Terms Used In Tennessee Code 50-6-619
- Board: means the board of directors of the competitive state compensation insurance fund. See Tennessee Code 50-6-602
- Fund: means the competitive state compensation insurance fund. See Tennessee Code 50-6-602
- Liabilities: The aggregate of all debts and other legal obligations of a particular person or legal entity.
- Year: means a calendar year, unless otherwise expressed. See Tennessee Code 1-3-105
The board shall submit an annual report to the governor and general assembly indicating the business done by the fund the previous year and containing a statement of the resources and liabilities of the fund.
