- Apparently wholesome food: means food that meets all standards of quality established by local, county, state and federal agricultural and health laws and regulations, even though the food is not readily marketable due to appearance. See Tennessee Code 53-13-101
Nothing in this chapter shall restrict the authority of any appropriate agency to regulate or ban the use of any apparently wholesome food for human consumption.
