(a) If any licensee under this chapter wishes to amend the terms or conditions of the licensee’s license, the licensee shall make application to the director.

Terms Used In Tennessee Code 53-14-107

  • Amendment: A proposal to alter the text of a pending bill or other measure by striking out some of it, by inserting new language, or both. Before an amendment becomes part of the measure, thelegislature must agree to it.
  • Board: means the board of pharmacy created by §. See Tennessee Code 53-14-103
  • Commissioner: means the commissioner of health. See Tennessee Code 53-14-103
  • Director: means the director of the board of pharmacy elected pursuant to §. See Tennessee Code 53-14-103
(b) The application shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable fee of five dollars ($5.00), or other amount set by the board.
(c) The director shall grant the requested amendment upon approval by the commissioner.
