- Board: means :
(A) As used in part 2 of this chapter, the board of occupational therapy. See Tennessee Code 63-13-103 - Dry needling: means a skilled intervention that uses a thin filiform needle to penetrate the skin and stimulate underlying neural, muscular, and connective tissues for the management of neuromusculoskeletal conditions, pain, and movement impairments. See Tennessee Code 63-13-103
- Obligation: An order placed, contract awarded, service received, or similar transaction during a given period that will require payments during the same or a future period.
- Physical therapy: means the care and services provided by or under the direction and supervision of a physical therapist who is licensed pursuant to this chapter. See Tennessee Code 63-13-103
- Practice of physical therapy: means , whether by in-person encounter or via telehealth, telemedicine, or provider-based telemedicine, as authorized by §. See Tennessee Code 63-13-103
