I, ____________________, member of the board of equalization of such county do hereby solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will carefully examine, compare and equalize the assessments of such county in accordance with the constitution and the laws of the state of Tennessee; and that to the best of my knowledge and ability I will faithfully, honestly and impartially perform all duties imposed upon me as a member of the board by the laws of the state of Tennessee.
