- Record: means information that is inscribed on a tangible medium or that is stored in an electronic or other medium and is retrievable in a perceivable form. See Tennessee Code 1-3-105
- Trustee: A person or institution holding and administering property in trust.
All of the fees received by the county trustee under §§ 8-22-111 – 8-22-113 shall be held in the general fund of the county and appropriately designated and held in a separate account so designated. At each regular meeting of the county legislative body, the trustee of the county shall report the amount of funds coming into the trustee’s hands. The report, when received by the county legislative body, will be spread of record and retained as a part of the permanent records of the county.
