Terms Used In Tennessee Code 8-34-306
- board: means the board provided for in part 3 of this chapter. See Tennessee Code 8-34-101
- Ex officio: Literally, by virtue of one's office.
- State: means the state of Tennessee. See Tennessee Code 8-34-101
The state treasurer shall be ex officio chair of the board of trustees.
