- person: includes corporations, companies, associations, societies, firms, partnerships and joint stock companies as well as individuals, unless restricted by the context to an individual as distinguished from a corporate entity or specifically restricted to one or some of the above enumerated synonyms and, when used to designate the owner of property which may be the subject of an offense, includes this State, the United States, any other State of the United States as defined infra and any foreign country or government lawfully owning or possessing property within this State. 3. A manufacturer, processor, seller, distributor, or recycler of engine coolant or antifreeze that is required pursuant to this act to include a bittering agent shall not be liable to any person for any personal injury, death, damage to property, damage to the environment or natural resources, or economic loss that results from the inclusion of the bittering agent in the engine coolant or antifreeze in the concentration required by this act unless the personal injury, death, damage to the property, damage to the environment or natural resources, or economic loss results from willful conduct of the manufacturer, processor, seller, distributor, or recycler of the engine coolant or antifreeze.
