Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 13:8-64
- State: extends to and includes any State, territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia and the Canal Zone. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
As used in this act, “wildlife sanctuary” means that portion of a State park dedicated to the preservation and protection of the animals inhabiting that portion of the park.
