The provisions of section 4 of P.L.1970, c.22 (C. 17:27A-4) shall not apply to transactions between the pool and its participants, provided, however, that the investment activities of the pool and transactions between an insurer investment pool and its participants shall be reported annually in the registration statement required pursuant to section 3 of P.L.1970, c.22 (C. 17:27A-3).
