Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 23:3-77.1

  • Council: means the Fish and Game Council in the Division of Fish and Wildlife in the Department of Environmental Protection. See New Jersey Statutes 23:1-1
2. The Fish and Game Council may, on one occasion only at such time as may be deemed appropriate by the Fish and Game Council, with the consent of the New Jersey Migratory Waterfowl Advisory Committee, by regulation adopted by August 1 of the preceding year, adjust the annual fees for the New Jersey Waterfowl Stamp established pursuant to section 3 of P.L.1983, c.504 (C. 23:3-77), in an amount not to exceed $5.
