- person: includes corporations, companies, associations, societies, firms, partnerships and joint stock companies as well as individuals, unless restricted by the context to an individual as distinguished from a corporate entity or specifically restricted to one or some of the above enumerated synonyms and, when used to designate the owner of property which may be the subject of an offense, includes this State, the United States, any other State of the United States as defined infra and any foreign country or government lawfully owning or possessing property within this State. Until the department shall establish other standards, as hereinafter provided, it shall be unlawful for any person to manufacture, bake, sell, serve, expose or offer for sale, for human consumption in this State, any white bread or rolls which does not contain vitamins and minerals in each pound of such bread or rolls as follows: not less than 1.1 milligrams and not more than 1.8 milligrams of thiamine; not less than 0.7 milligrams and not more than 1.6 milligrams of riboflavin; not less than 10.0 milligrams and not more than 15.0 milligrams of niacin; not less than 8.0 milligrams and not more than 12.5 milligrams of iron.
