- person: includes corporations, companies, associations, societies, firms, partnerships and joint stock companies as well as individuals, unless restricted by the context to an individual as distinguished from a corporate entity or specifically restricted to one or some of the above enumerated synonyms and, when used to designate the owner of property which may be the subject of an offense, includes this State, the United States, any other State of the United States as defined infra and any foreign country or government lawfully owning or possessing property within this State. 1. The State Commissioner of Health may, with the approval of the Director of the Division of Budget and Accounting in the Department of the Treasury, make a charge of ten dollars ($10.00) for the preparation and furnishing of each report of statistical data, of the character described in subsection a of section thirty-seven of the act hereby supplemented, together with a charge at the rate of three dollars ($3.00) per hour for the time required in the preparation of such report and together with any additional fees prescribed by law for any item or service incidental to the preparation and furnishing of such report, which charges and fees shall be paid by the person for whom such report is prepared and shall be paid by the State Commissioner of Health into the State treasury.
