Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 27:1D-6
- State: extends to and includes any State, territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia and the Canal Zone. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
6. Traffic and other laws applicable on the State transportation system shall be enforceable, as appropriate, on demonstration projects constructed by and leased by a developer pursuant to this act.
