- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
1. Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, the New Jersey Transit Corporation shall not issue a law enforcement badge or badge that may be mistaken as a law enforcement badge to any member of the corporation’s board of directors.
