Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 2A:82-13
- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
Whenever any ordinance of any municipality may come in question or is produced in evidence, the publication thereof according to law shall be presumed to have been had until the contrary is shown.
