Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 2B:23-6
- Juror: A person who is on the jury.
- Verdict: The decision of a petit jury or a judge.
The following oath shall be administered to each juror:
“Do you swear or affirm that you will try the matter in dispute and give a true verdict according to the evidence?”
