Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 30:1-2.1
- Commissioner: means the Commissioner of Human Services. See New Jersey Statutes 30:1-1
- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
- State: extends to and includes any State, territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia and the Canal Zone. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
Whenever in any law, rule, regulation, contract, document, judicial or administrative proceeding or otherwise, reference is made to the State Board of Control, the same shall mean and refer to the Commissioner of Institutions and Agencies.
