Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 30:4-130
- Commissioner: means the Commissioner of Human Services. See New Jersey Statutes 30:1-1
- Department: means the Department of Human Services. See New Jersey Statutes 30:1-1
- State: extends to and includes any State, territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia and the Canal Zone. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
- Testify: Answer questions in court.
All persons summoned pursuant to section 30:4-129 of this title shall receive the like fees and mileage as are allowed to witnesses summoned to testify in court. The state treasurer shall pay the same out of the department maintenance fund upon the comptroller’s warrant in such sum as the commissioner shall certify as correct.
