Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 30:4D-32
- Commissioner: means the Commissioner of Human Services. See New Jersey Statutes 30:1-1
- Fiscal year: The fiscal year is the accounting period for the government. For the federal government, this begins on October 1 and ends on September 30. The fiscal year is designated by the calendar year in which it ends; for example, fiscal year 2006 begins on October 1, 2005 and ends on September 30, 2006.
The commissioner shall issue an annual report to the Governor and the Legislature by October 1 of each year. Such report shall include a summary of “Pharmaceutical Assistance to the Aged” program activities for the preceding fiscal year and any recommendations or suggestions for legislative consideration.
