Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 30:4E-13
- Commissioner: means the Commissioner of Human Services. See New Jersey Statutes 30:1-1
- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
- State: extends to and includes any State, territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia and the Canal Zone. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
The commissioner is entitled to call upon the assistance, or contract for the services of any State, federal, or local agency as may be necessary to implement the provisions of this act.
