3. Notwithstanding the exemption of motor vehicles which are owned directly by businesses engaged in the practice of mortuary science from the provisions of P.L.1990, c.103(C. 39:3-10.9 et seq.), pursuant to section 3 of P.L.1990, c.103 (C. 39:3-10.11) as amended by section 2 of P.L.2004, c.124, the driver or operator of such a motor vehicle shall fulfill all of the requirements of a medical examination required of those holding a commercial driver license as provided under 49 C.F.R. 391.41 et seq.
