Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 3B:13-6
- Beneficiary: A person who is entitled to receive the benefits or proceeds of a will, trust, insurance policy, retirement plan, annuity, or other contract. Source: OCC
- Federal agency: means any bureau, office, board, or officer of the United States by whatever name known, now or hereafter charged by Congress:
(1) With payment of pensions, bounties, and allowances to veterans of the military service of the United States, their widows, widowers, children, mothers, and fathers. See New Jersey Statutes 3B:13-2
3B:13-6. For the purpose of appointing a guardian pursuant to this chapter, the incapacity of a beneficiary of a Federal agency shall be determined by the Superior Court.
