Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 40A:5-6
- clerk: means the clerk of a municipality or of a board of chosen freeholders. See New Jersey Statutes 40A:1-1
- director: means the Director of the Division of Local Government Services in the Department of Community Affairs. See New Jersey Statutes 40A:1-1
Every such registered municipal accountant shall file the original report of his audit and recommendations with the clerk and shall, within 5 days thereafter, file a certified duplicate copy thereof, over his signature, in the office of the director.
